Question: How do I schedule a viewing of a property I saw on the website?

Question: How much is the security deposit?
Answer: Normally security deposit is $100.00 more than the actual rent itself.
Question: Is there a pet deposit?
Answer: GCA Property Management requires a $500.00 pet deposit.
Question: Where do I find a rental application?
Answer: Under the tab "Properties for Rent", a pdf file is available. You will need to print out the Application packet to complete.
Question: Who needs to fill out the application?
Answer: GCA Property Management requires any persons 18 years old and older must fill out the application.
Question: What all do I need to send with my application?
Answer: To make GCA Property Managments job much easier; please fill out the application & authorization form completely, include copies of your paystubs, LES, and photo identification cards (DMV,ID Card,MilitaryID)
Question: How do I pay the application fee?
Answer: You can pay by check or cash at either of these Remax United Locations:

Question: Where do I send my application to?
Answer: You can email your application to a5gca@verizon.net or fax to 866-291-9108. (Please note: Your application will not be processed until it is completed fully and the application fee of $35 PER APPLICANT has been paid).
Question: How long will it take to process my application?
Answer: GCA Property Management will try to let you know within 72 to 96 hours of your approval if not sooner, depending on whether your application fee has been paid, application is completely and time of receival.
Question: What will I need to do after I am approved?
Answer: GCA Property Management accepts Money Orders, Cashier’s Check, and Personal Checks for your deposit and 1st month’s rent. Also will include pet deposit if applicable. Cashier’s checks can obtained at local banks and credit unions. Money Orders are typically sold by third parties such as the united states postal service, grocery stores and convenience stores. We do NOT accept cash for deposits and rent.
